Thank you for shopping with LoveNDevotion! We are committed to delivering your faith-inspired products with care and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item is shipped. This production time may vary depending on the product type and current order volume.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced, estimated delivery times within the United States are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on your location and the size of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lovendevotion.com.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. LoveNDevotion is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@lovendevotion.com. We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and a photo of any damage when contacting us.
