  1. What is LoveNDevotion? LoveNDevotion is a faith-inspired lifestyle brand offering a curated collection of Christian gifts and home decor — including coffee mugs, stainless steel water bottles, travel mugs, tote bags, soy wax candles and pet bowls — each featuring uplifting Bible verse designs.

  2. Where are LoveNDevotion products made? Our designs are created in-house and our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Each item is produced after you place your order and printed at quality-controlled facilities.

  3. How can I place an order? Ordering is easy. Simply browse our online store, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping details and payment information.

  4. Do you ship internationally? At this time we ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

  5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Venmo. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. You can choose the payment option that suits you best at checkout.

  6. How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our menu to monitor the status and location of your package.

  7. What is your return policy? Because our products are made to order, we accept returns, replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

  8. What are the product details and dimensions? Each product page lists materials, dimensions and care instructions so you know exactly what you are ordering. If you need more information about a specific item, contact our Customer Support and we will be happy to help.

  9. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering. Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
