Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LoveNDevotion. Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, each item is uniquely crafted for you after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly resolve the issue. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a claim, please email us at support@lovendevotion.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at your choice. You do not need to return the defective item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lovendevotion.com with a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items without a manufacturing defect or damage
  • Items reported after the 30-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@lovendevotion.com if you need to cancel.
